Forest Lake Area Schools Log into Training

In 2017, state legislation was passed requiring public school districts and charter schools to test for the presence of lead in water.  Minnesota Statute, section 121A.335 Lead in School Drinking Water details the required testing.  Click here to read the Statute.

In April 2018, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) jointly released the Reducing Lead in Drinking Water: A Technical Guidance and Model Plan for Minnesota’s Public Schools.  Click here to read that document.

District developed a testing schedule and shall sample each building at least once every five (5) years.  Below you will find links to the reports for the testing results in each building in the District.
