In the Organization Manager:

Select Departments:

Select the Department which to add a new Job by clicking on the Department name in blue text.

Select Manage Department Jobs.

Select

Enter a Job Title and Building Name/Location for the Job.

Note: You will need to have building information entered into the system.

Click here for information on adding buildings

Click to save your changes and add the Job.

Click to exit without saving your changes.
